Exhibitors in the atrium:*

Monday, May 6, 2024, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, delivery of goods only.

Early installation on Monday from 8:00am only possible with payment of an additional fee.
Room 65 - 75sqm = 500 EUR
Room 76 - 90sqm = 700 EUR
Room 91 - 150sqm = 900 EUR

Tuesday, May 7, 2024, and Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 8:00am to 10:00pm

Exhibitors in the hall area which have ordered areas not containing stands:

(Please note that the hallways and aisles in the halls must be kept clear as from Wednesday, 5:00pm)

Key handover

* You can obtain the keys to the atrium rooms, by paying a refundable deposit of 50 euros for each key, from an employee of the company VD Mayr in the foyer in front of Hall 3 on:

Monday, May 6, 2024, from 8:00am to 6:30pm
Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 8:00am to 6:30pm
Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 8:00am to 8:00pm

The keys are to be returned to the point of collection (the company VD Mayr in the foyer in front of Hall 3) during the above-mentioned dismantling times.

** You can obtain the keys for demonstration cabins at Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 8:00am to 6:00pm by paying a refundable deposit of 50 euros for each key at the office of the stand builder in front of Hall 2.

Admission for exhibitors

Halls 1 to 4

Thursday, May 9 from 08:00 am
Friday, May 10 to Sunday, May 12 from 09:00 am

Atriums 3 and 4

Exhibitors in the atriums will be granted access to their own rooms at any time with a valid exhibitor pass, as they have the key to these rooms. This does NOT apply to visitors or media representatives. Meetings with guests are therefore only possible from the opening of the trade fair.
