All rooms have plug sockets that work immediately. An order for electricity is basically not required. The sockets in the rooms can be used with a maximum of 2.2 kW per circuit (shown as “Y 1234” in the room plan). If you require more power, please use the “Main electrical connection” form in the trade fair configurator to order more powerful connections (10 kW/16 A or 20 kW/32 A). Please only use the open sockets. Opening wall coverings, connection boxes, and floor sockets yourself is prohibited. Electricity consumption is already included in the room rental fee or the connection price.
7.6.2. Electricity when booking areas not containing a stand and ready-to-use stands in the hall area
Exhibitors who order undeveloped space in the hall area are responsible for ordering a power connection for their booth using the “Main Electrical Connection” form. The connection costs for this option already include consumption.
7.6.3. Electricity when ordering ready-to-use cabins in the hall area
When you order our ready-to-use stand, an order for a 2.2 kW (229 EUR) power connection will be placed automatically after the confirmation of participation has been sent. If you require a higher power supply (10 or 20 kW), you can request this using the “Main electrical connection” form.
7.6.4. Electricity when using demonstration cabins in the hall area

Evening events with guests must be registered using the "Evening Event" form, available in the Exhibition Configurator.
Hall area / demonstration cabins in the hall area
Exhibitors who have rented demonstration cabins in the hall area are responsible for locking these booths. You will receive the key for each booth against a deposit of EUR 50 per booth. Thefts are comparatively rare at our fairs and exhibitions. Nevertheless, measures to prevent theft are necessary. ACV staff regularly inspect the halls and corridors outside of show hours. However, this surveillance does not cover individual exhibition stands or rooms. Exhibitors are responsible for this themselves. Please note the following precautionary advice:

* Install lockable counters and/or booths.
* Order a stand security, especially for the night before the trade fair begins. You will find the appropriate form in the Exhibition Configurator.
* Do not leave your booth unattended and secure your exhibits. This also applies to rooms on the levels.
