Dear Sir or Madam, We are delighted to invite you to the HIGH END 2025 trade show, which will take place at the MOC Event Center in Munich, Germany, from 15th to 18th May 2025. By participating in the world’s leading audio show, you can make the most of the opportunity to present your product innovations to an international audience of customers and trade visitors and in turn to strengthen your position in the global market. Both special shows have firmly established themselves in Hall 1 and are continuously growing. As per usual, registration for the HIGH END 2025 is only possible online using our Exhibition Configurator. Here, you can also book your stand for the WORLD OF HEADPHONES. Please note that we will only send out a separate invitation for the IPS Munich because you will need to register for this event in a separate configurator. In the attached exhibitor manual, we have put together additional information on our products and our service for your successful trade show appearance. This overview will help you to find the best opportunity for your company to optimally showcase its products and services at the HIGH END 2025.
Please note that registrations for the HIGH END 2025 in Munich must be received by 30th November 2024. The layout planning for the halls will commence once the Exhibition Configurator has been activated. If you have any special requests (e.g. regarding your stand location or size), we recommend that you place your order in good time or contact us in advance. The rooms in the atriums will be allocated after the registration deadline of 30th November 2024. All registrations received after this registration deadline will be subject to an additional processing fee of EUR 490 if we are able to confirm your participation. To access the Exhibition Configurator, please use your personal login details, which you have already received from us in the past if you have previously exhibited at the event.
