Mandoki Soulmates are making their mark at the HIGH END 2024 with the release of their new album "A Memory Of Our Future"

Without a doubt, when it comes to excellence in sound, the HIGH END is the venue where the full diversity of the audio world is on display, where the striving for technical perfection is palpable, and the boundless creative verve of the industry is tangible. This year's claim, "Diversity in Audio", underscores this fascinating bandwidth in the endless quest for sound quality at its best. As a unique band of musicians, Mandoki Soulmates features an extraordinary musical diversity that is second to none. With the release of their brand new album "A Memory Of Our Future" on 10th May 2024, and thus almost in sync with the opening of the trade show, they are not only setting new musical standards but also making a powerful statement about the symbiosis between music and its high-quality reproduction.

At the HIGH END 2024, Leslie Mandoki will personally present the new album at a merchandise stand, which will be prominently located in the foyer at the entrance to Hall 4. Visitors can participate in a raffle with attractive prices. The main price is a visit to Leslie Mandoki's production studios on Lake Starnberg. Exclusive presentation at Audio Reference with special guest Nicolaus Getz

Audio Reference invites the HIGH END visitors to experience an exclusive demo of the Impex 60th ANNIVERSARY EDITION 1STEP of GETZ/GILBERTO, featuring a Special Talk with Stan Getz’ son NICOLAUS GETZ. In the 60 years since its release, Stan Getz’s cultural touchstone album has been issued hundreds of times, and for good reason. Few recordings better capture the breezy warmth and easy-going sophistication of Brazilian bossa nova for a jazz audience. Fewer recordings can replicate the you-are-there presence and flawlessly tight studio acoustics. Only Getz/Gilberto has the Billboard Top-10-charting singles “The Girl from Ipanema” and “Desafinado.” Stan’s son Nicolaus brings his unique perspective on the life and work of his father to give captivating and heartfelt presentations on his father’s music and family life. Audio Reference and Impex Records are proud to host Nick Getz who will share fascinating stories and personal insights into his father’s life and creative process, including details about the period when his father was recording Getz|Gilberto. A short demonstration of the amazing Getz |Gilberto- 1STEP will follow each presentation. More details on the fact sheet.
