The framework conditions at the Austria Center Vienna differ significantly from those at the MOC Munich. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you entrust the delivery of your goods to professional service providers. We expressly advise against self-delivery, which was previously possible in Munich.

Key handover
Key Collection for Rooms and Sound Cabins
FOR ROOMS:
Room keys are issued at the Information Counter of the Austria Center Vienna at the main entrance on Level 0.
A deposit of €50 per key is required. Payment is cash only. The receipt will be completed and signed on site and will remain with the issuing staff. The deposit will be refunded after dismantling at the same location, provided the key is returned properly.
FOR SOUND CABINS:
Keys for sound cabins are issued by our stand construction partner Rappenglitz. In this case, a deposit of €50 per key and an additional €50 per remote control is required.
Collection takes place in Hall E1 on Level 0, where the cloakroom is also located near the main entrance. The deposit will be refunded after dismantling, provided all issued items are returned properly.
