Travelling by public transport within Munich

The M,O,C is very easy to reach, comfortable, fast and safe. The underground transport (U-Bahn) will be the first choice to bring you straight to the M,O,C,:
Please use the underground No. U6 from the station "Marienplatz" (close to the central railway station), direction "Fröttmaning / Garching-Forschungszentrum". This line brings you to the station "Kieferngarten", which is close to the M,O,C,. The journey takes about 16 minutes.

Travelling by Rail

The M,O,C is very easy to reach, comfortable, fast and safe. Any railway will stop at the Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Very close to the Railway station, you will find the Underground (U-Bahn) station "Marienplatz". Please use up from there the train No. U 6, direction "Fröttmaning / Garching-Forschungszentrum" to the station "Kieferngarten", which is close to the M,O,C,. The ride takes about 16 minutes.

Travelling by car on the road

Please use the motorway (Autobahn) A 9 to drive into Munich. From the A9 motorway use the exit "München-Freimann" into the street "Heidemannstrasse" and then, after about 500m, turn left into the "Lilienthalallee", where the M,O,C, is located

By public transport to the M,O,C,

The urban railway station (S-Bahn) for the S1 and S8 trains is located directly below Munich Airport‘s central terminal building. The trains to the city centre run every 10 minutes. You can choose between two routes from the airport to the M,O,C,.
• S1 / U6 route:
Take the S1 from the airport to "Marienplatz". Then change to the U6 (underground) direction "Fröttmaning / Garching-Forschungszentrum". Get out at the "Kieferngarten" station, which is just a short walk from the M,O,C,.
• S8 / U6 route:
Take the S8 from the airport to "Marienplatz". Then change to the U6 (underground) direction "Fröttmaning / Garching-Forschungszentrum". Get out at the "Kieferngarten" station, which is just a short walk from the M,O,C,.

Travelling by renting a car from the airport to the M,O,C,

All major car rental companies are represented at the "Car Rental Centre" at Munich Airport. If you hire a car, we recommend the following route:
Take the A92 from Munich Airport and follow the signs "Messe/ICM" in the direction of Munich as far as the motorway intersection "Eching/Neufahrn". Use up from here the A9 in the direction of Munich up to the exit "Freimann". Turn right into the "Heidemannstrasse" and then, after about 500m, turn left into the Lilienthalallee, where the M,O,C, is located.
